STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS, DESIGN & DETAILING

We analyze & design all type structures (RCC & Steel) based on cliental requirements to match with architectural space & design needs for the intended use.

The analysis is based on latest software’s by considering the latest guidelines of relevant IS codes and on sound engineering principles. We deliver the required drawings to facilitate easy and smooth execution at site. The competent team is available for site visit for checking correctness of reinforcement and fabricated steel work. We provide the shuttering drawings to some of our special clients which facilitates site carpenters for easy execution. We also workout and submit quantity of steel to the clients as add-on service. So far we have designed about 3000 + buildings.

STRUCTURAL AUDITS

“Structural Audit” is our new wing. It is also equipped with experienced structural & civil engineers who are doing structural audits of buildings by visual inspection focusing mainly on the condition of structural members in the building & but also inspect points related to maintenance. Non Destructive tests are also advised for some buildings. After inspection, we prepare & submit our comprehensive report on the structural audit to the client pin pointing the present structural health of building inspected & also advise on the strengthening measures (if required) for improving the durability of structures. So far we have completed structural audits of over 500 + buildings in & around Pune and also of out stations covering residential, educational, institutional, public buildings etc.

PEER REVIEW & PROOF CHECKING

This service is mainly for cross checking the analysis and design either in RCC or Steel structure for the correctness of data considered, any human error in design, consideration of necessary technical aspects, unintentional errors, codal provisions. The checking is done independently on different software’s for stability. The report submitted is always based on concrete value added suggestions in design & other aspects which have been proved beneficial to client in terms of cost & time saving.

VALUE ADDED ENGINEERING

We have developed special skills in this field to help our client for value added services in terms of effective planning- designing during planning stage , providing parallel structural scheme to make building more structure friendly, adoption of ecofriendly systems, introducing time saving construction solutions, economization of present structural designs via personal checking and attention rather than adopting direct computer design.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

This is our another wing specialized in pre & post tender activities for civil projects. Pre-tendering activities start with collection of all required site data, & further study sources of building materials, rate analysis of required items, study the project plans, prepare total estimate of all the items in project, prepare draft of tender papers including tender conditions to be incorporated after discussions with client, prepare & deliver adequate sets of tender papers to be given to intending bidders, attend pre-bid meeting (if required so by the client) to reply the queries from the intending bidders, advice client in processing the tenders received & finally assist the client in selecting the agency for execution. In post tender activities, we do cross checking of line out on site, periodical site supervisions & issue of observation memos to the executing agency pointing out corrections/rectifications required in work executed, insisting on quality of work including getting testing of materials, assist client in approving building materials received on site, & finally certifying final bill of the executing agency for releasing the payment by client. We also act as coordinator with other agencies working on site.

PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJANA

This ambitious scheme of Hon. Prime Minister started from 2014 & expected to be completed in 2022. Under this scheme, subsidy of Central & State Government are available to the participating beneficiaries depending upon component of the project.

A specialized wing with us is engaged in preparing schemes under this PMAY. This includes preparation of layout of the land under project, building plans, estimates of all civil works in the project, detailed working drawings, preparation & detailed project report with complete application form to be submitted to Central Government through State Government for its liasioning & sanction. We have successfully completed consultancy service for one such project at Barshi & is under execution. We are also working as consult under this scheme for projects at Jalna, Shikrapur, Baramati & Osmanabad.
